New video from Germany shows pulsating orb of light moving swiftly overhead, the object has a certain brightness and it outshines the ISS by three fold yet its very low! What could it be apart from the Orb UFO that pulsates, a well documented object that has been witnessed by not only civilians but also top military personnel and pilots especially in WW2 when these exact same objects appeared to intimidate the US,UK and Russian Bombers at flight, an accident witnessed by all crew and cabin crew's.
