My sister and I were walking back home at around 3am as we looked up and saw these strange flashing lights. They were too high to be fireworks and they were above the ocean, not land.

UFO Appears In Skies Over Manchester UK Looks Alien - 05th June 2014
Whats your thoughts on this great video from Manchester UK showing a bright Orb moving intelligently over the city.
Witness states: Caught this orb flying over back of my house in Manchester .. No sound and no flashing beacons so doesn't look like a plane to me.
