UFOs Appear Over Maryland Highway Interstate 70 Eastbound

Very interesting footage from Maryland which boarder's Virginia and Washington showing unexplainable lights appearing over Interstate 70 Eastbound highway.
Two bright white objects appear low and side by side, the witness literally stopped his car on the road to take a rear view of the odd lights. This is Highway report number two this week!!!

Was This A UFO Or A Kite? Wilmington May 30th 2014

Was it a kite? Two begin to argue over what they were seeing while recording an odd shaped object in the sky over Wilmington California on May 30th. It was weaving and moving in twitches making one suspect its a kite and stating there was maybe a line, while the other person claims there is no signs of the object being a kite and for his friend to take a closer look. What is your thoughts! Odd
