I,ve come across this video and noticed that is can be explained! When the three lights appear I think its a water drop and the footage is upside down making the droplet roll upwards while the other two lights light reflections. It looks good but is it real? Whats your thoughts on this video? Uploaded by (UFO France) with no details or locations which decreases authenticity.
