Huge Cigar Shaped UFO Hovers Over Hemel Hempstead London UK

Recorded in 2004 yes its old but worth looking at again! Many witnesses worldwide have reported a cigar UFO with saucer (UFOs) on its sides and now here we have a prime example of one of these UFOs. Hovering in the skies over Hemel Hempstead London UK there has not been many reported since with the black circles up its sides, yes there has been plenty without the dots but when looking at this closely there is also little Rods wizzing about!
