This cigar UFO seems to like Brazil! It has been witnessed before! This video was taken on the 9th February 2014 over Rio Negro in PR.

with metallic signatures on it and what appears to be reflective glass and in this video it is moving fast.
So this has been recorded hovering and turning in one video and in the other moving fast and swiftly across the sky! Is it Aliens or do you believe this to be something from Earth?
